This Edible ink is actually food coloring. It is mainly used on Rainbow RB-01HP and RB-04HP food machines. The same principle as colored candy, edible ink is an edible coloring matter extracted from plants. There are mainly four colors CMYK, with the four color, we can print out any color we want except white. There is fifth color named brown color, this is specially for those who want to print latte art only rather than color. Actually the brown color are produced by mixing the color of CMYK. So that CMYK total can print both color and brown while brown color only can print brown only.
