Nano 9 is a powerful UV printer with a large print area, it’s capable of printing all kinds of flatbed and rotary materials such as phone cases, acrylic, pens, golfball, canvas, glass bottles and plates, plastic sheets, etc.
With CMYKLcLmWV, it can produce vibrant color prints and smooth color transitions. The printer supports up to 4 pcs of printheads, which allows for high-speed printing and enables a higher throughput. With 8pcs of Hiwin linear guideways and other imported high-quality machine parts, this machine stands for decade use.
Product Description
1. Double Hiwin linear guideways
Nano 9 has 2pcs of Hiwin linear guideways on its X-axis, 2pcs on Y-axis, and 4pcs on Z-axis, makes it a total of 8pcs of linear guideways.
In comparison, most other A1 uv printers has only 3-7pcs of guideways in total, and not necessarily linear ones.
This brings better stability in printer running, thus better printing accuracy, and longer machine lifespan.
2. Thick Aluminum Vacuum Table
The standard Nano 9 is with full aluminum suction platform which goes with strong air fans, the surface of the aluminum is specially treated to be anti-corrosion and anti-scratch.
You can print test bar, or guide lines on it without the worry that it might not be easy to clean.
3. German Igus cable carrier
Imported from German, the cable carrier runs smoothly and quietly, it protects the ink tubes and cables during the printer carriage movement, and it has long lifespan.
4. Printhead lock sliding lever
The newly invented device is a mechanical structure for locking the printheads and sealing them tightly from drying and clogging.
When the carriage returns to the cap station, it hits the lever which pulls up the printhead caps. By the time the carriage brings the lever to the right limit, the printheads will also be fully sealed by the caps.
5. Low Ink alarm system
8 lights for 8 kinds of ink make sure you will notice the ink shortage when it does, the ink level sensor is placed inside the bottle so it can detect accurately.
6. 6 colors+White+Varnish in 6090 UV Printer
CMYKLcLm+W+V ink system now has Lc and Lm 2 extra colors to improve the color accuracy, making the printed result even sharper.

7. Front Panel of 6090 UV Printer
The front panel has the basic control functions, like on/off switch, making the platform up and down, moving the carriage right and left and doing test print, etc. You can operate here even without the computer.
8. Aluminum Rotary device
Nano 9 also supports rotary printing with the help of the rotary device. It can handle three kinds of rotary products: the bottle with a handle like mug, the bottle without a handle like normal water bottle, and the tapered bottle like tumbler.
It’s convenient to install and uninstall the device, just need to put it on the platform and the magnet will fix the device in place.
