WHAT CAN I PRINT WITH A UV PRINTER?

UV LED printers have a very unique way to print and cure ink. UV inks are cured immediately upon contact with UV light. On the side of the printhead is a high-power UV lamp. When the ink is sprayed onto the surface of the object, it is exposed to high levels of UV light, causing the ink to solidify immediately. Therefore, when the printer finishes printing, it has a fully cured image on the print area and will not be wiped off at will. One of the unique features of the RB-6090 UV printer is that it uses a dual uv lamp with one on each side of the printhead. Most printers use only one light bulb, so all prints need to be printed in one-way mode. Therefore, when the print carriage moves from right to left and then from left to right, you can only print during the first right-to-left process. The RB-6090 UV has two lamps, one on each side of the printhead. By doing so, the printer will print in two processes from right to left and left to right. When bidirectional printing is allowed, the printing speed is much faster.

Therefore, metal, wood, acrylic, plastic, pvc, KT-board, glass and many other materials can be printed as long as it’s shaped flat.
