At first, we simply received customized products from sellers, selected our favorite patterns, and printed them on various materials such as wood, plastic and glass.

During the early development phase, we continuously sent out test samples and actively listened to user feedback. An email from struggling DTG print shop owner Sarah Thompson in 2010 changed our trajectory. She needed richer colors on her black hoodie - and that was the limitation of her existing equipment. Although our UV flatbed printers are similar to DTG printers, we saw a bigger opportunity. After months of research, our engineering team discovered the revolutionary potential of DTF Peacock33 technology. After rigorous prototyping and fabric testing, we launched our first hybrid DTF printer in 2015 - capable of printing bold and bright prints on any fabric while retaining the natural softness of the material.
