Rainbowdgt's Overview

In the fall of 2005, Rainbowdgt's founder KK started Rainbowdgt's entrepreneurial journey in the field of digital printing in a 5-square-meter office in Shanghai with great enthusiasm. As the team focuses on customer needs and R&D, and continuously improves technology, Rainbowdgt has now developed into a leading R&D and manufacturer of DTF printing machines, UV flatbed printers, laser cutting machines, and embroidery machines. It has obtained many international certifications including CE, SGS, LVD and EMC, and has helped us expand our business to 156 countries, including Europe, North America, the Middle East, Oceania and South America. Its factory is located in Shenzhen, a vibrant and innovative city with convenient transportation, developed information and a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere, enabling Rainbowdgt to efficiently receive information from different customers around the world.

Growing with customers

At Rainbowdgt, our journey began with a commitment to innovation in the printing industry, and UV printers are the foundation of our development. One night in October 2021, Jacky from California, USA, bought Rainbowdgt's first printer and printed a beautiful thermos cup. He talked to our founder KK about how effective this UV printer was and raised a key question: For the custom industry, using a flatbed machine to print cylinders is feasible, but for high-speed mass production, this capacity is far from enough. So, on this night, KK realized that our customers needed faster and more efficient solutions. This insight prompted us to expand our products to the research and development of high-speed drum one-pass printers to meet the needs of the bottling industry. Later, our first generation of high-speed cylinder Nano 360R was born and has been continuously upgraded and optimized to this day, and we have been encouraged by our customers to move forward.

Customer-Driven Laser Innovation

Adrian from the UK is a designer. She and her husband run a gift customization shop and occasionally customize some T-shirts. She bought an RB-4030 uv printer from Rainbowdgt in 2022 and printed beautiful wedding invitations for her customers; but the beautifully arranged invitations on the cardboard still need to be manually cut into separate parts, so Adrian told KK about this printing post-processing requirement after the wedding and hoped to get KK's help; so Rainbowdgt started the design and development of laser cutting machines and found the best foundry for OEM customization, so the first laser cutting machine RBL6090H CO2 Laser engraving machine was born. After years of continuous optimization and upgrading, Rainbowdgt's laser cutting machine has become a must-buy option for printer customers.

Unlocking Industrial DTG with PET Film

Grateful for our customers' enduring support and inspiration, Rainbowdgt ventured into DTG textile printing following UV printer market stabilization. Unlike traditional screen printing with complex processes and high MOQs, digital direct-to-garment technology met the demand for small-batch and customized apparel printing. However, we recognized three persistent pain points: white show-through on black tees, costly inks, and slow printing speeds. As an industry leader, Rainbowdgt invested in R&D, pioneering PET film printing with subsequent heat transfer—an innovation inspired by Kelvin, our South American chemical materials expert and client. PET film's ink-resistant properties deliver purer whites and brighter colors while significantly increasing production speed. This breakthrough slashed ink consumption and client costs, pushing customized production to industrial-scale mass manufacturing.

Customers First

KK received a call from Ms. Ross in California late one night. After I helped her solve the machine problem at 3 a.m. Beijing time, she shared her story. Ms. Ross had saved up years of savings to buy this printer and opened a printing shop. After her husband died early in her life, she relied on this small shop to make a living.
