Shipping Carrier
We will match the best carrier based on your product model, stock inventory, and shipping address. Specifying a certain carrier is not currently supported.

Signature Requirement for Printers
All packages containing printers (excluding ink, powder, film, and other consumables and accessories) will require your direct signature upon receipt.

Tracking Information
Once shipped, we will send you the carrier information along with the tracking number via email. Please stay tuned and check your package carefully to sign for it in a timely manner.
Shipping for Consumables
Ink, powder and other consumables might be shipped separately from printer due to the limitation of cross-boarder shipping policy. Please contact our customer service to get your tracking number for the second package if needed. Consumable package will not be included in discount orders for aftersale replacement.
Out-of-stock Notification:
If the consumables are out of stock in our local warehouse, we will ship them directly from the factory and it may take up to 20 days for delivery. And You will be notified if your order is affected by this.

Assembled Parts: The printer's stand, printheads, and ink system are all assembled at the factory by our technicians.

Wooden Box Package: The machine is protected by several layers of transparent plastic film and the gap is filled with foam. The wooden box is tightly sealed and secured.

Pallet Underneath: Certain models will equip with a pallet at the bottom of the wooden box to facilitate long-distance transportation.
