Please note that Rainbowdgt's direct after-sales service is limited to self-operated stores which are only available on the official website and Amazon.If the damage is not caused by the user, 12 months warranty from the date of shipment of the product is provided for components that do not directly contact with ink. Register for warranty on our website to obtain warranty for certain types of print heads, limited to one replacement.

To maintain warranty validity, printers must utilize Rainbowdgt-brand inks exclusively. Registration eligibility applies only to units acquired through authorized sales platforms, including Rainbowdgt.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba, and certified Rainbowdgt distributors.

Part One - Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Mainboard
● Mother board is high value compenent and may returned for repair at buyer's expense
1.2. Print Head and Related ComponentsPrint heads or components damaged by ink exposure are excluded from warranty coverage. Upon successful warranty registration, eligible printhead models—including TX800, XP600, L1800, R1390, L800, and L805—are entitled to a limited warranty of 3 months from the date of product shipment, subject to a maximum of one replacement.
1.3 Warranty for Other AccessoriesOther accessories comes with 12-month warranty period, effective from the Rainbowdgt printer’s shipment date.1.4 Disclaimer
● Warranty coverage for ink-contact components is contingent upon the exclusive use of Rainbowdgt inks. Damage or printhead blockages caused by third-party inks will void the warranty.
● The warranty period for printer-related components is calculated based on the shipment date of the Rainbowdgt printer.
● The Warranty doen't cover the damage resulting from user negligence, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
● Claims require verification by our customer service team or certified engineers to confirm non-user-induced faults.

2. Warranty Costs
Within One Month of Delivery:For components damaged within one month of printer delivery, we will assume all costs for replacement parts and associated shipping fees.After 1 Month of Delivery:For damage reported beyond one (1) month of delivery, replacement parts will be provided at no cost, but shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Part Two - Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are permitted under:
●The printer is received within one week.
●No ink has been added to the device.
●The product is in its original packaging.

Kindly be informed that our warranty terms may be updated periodically, with any revisions being promptly available on our official website. Should you require assistance with warranty-related matters, please reach out to our support department directly. For Rainbowdgt printer owners whose standard 12-month coverage has expired, we provide optional extended protection plans consisting of two service tiers: Technical Support Package and Comprehensive Coverage Extension.
