*If you have purchased an item from the rainbowdgt official store and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Requirements

● Unopened/unused products in new condition purchased directly from our official website, are eligible for a full refund.
● Returns with missing parts (including accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials, and retail packaging) will not receive a full refund.
● We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or unwrapped from their original packaging (including the removal of foam wrapping or tape and unwrapped cords).
● Shipments received with visible damages or missing items must be reported to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return for personal reasons: if you want to return the printer for personal reasons such as don't want the printer, size not suitable, ordering by mistake, etc. Customer need to bear the two-way shipping cost of the goods and restocking fee. (if the product has been shipped or delivered).

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@rainbowdgt.com within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, pictures of package, and details about the reason for the return.
3. If the return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

Used products (including inked machines)
Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling
Items purchased more than 7 days ago
Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Refund Processing Method

Once your refund request is approved, rainbowdgt financial department will deal with your refund in 48 hours and the corresponding amount will be sent back via your original payment method. Here we listed refund expected timeframe:
● PayPal Credit (5 Business Days)
● Credit Card/ Debit Card (3-20 Business Days)

Late Or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund outside the timeframe. Don't worry, simply contact us and we will check the exact status and help you out at any time.

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages. If any items are missing, kindly reach out to us at support@rainbowdgt.com with photos or videos within 7 days of receiving all packages. Claims made after 7 days may not be processed. Thank you for your understanding!
