Warranty Policy

For any components damaged during the machine installation process (excluding the print head), non-human factors are provided with free replacement and shipping.


Please note that the print test bar is the only standard for assessing, the printhead's condition, and a small number of broken pins is considered normal.


If any parts get damaged during the warranty period, Rainbow inkjet will cover the cost of the parts, and the buyer is responsible for the international shipping fees.

The motherboard is a valuable component, and if damaged, it must be returned for replacement.

Note: The machine is accompanied by a test bar printed on the printhead before leaving the factory andthe serial number of the machine. Please maintain it carefully, as the printheads and related ink systemcomponents are not covered under the warranty, as they are considered consumables.

Third-Party Inks

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors and print quality if third-party inks are used (suchas color deviation, ink sparying problems, or clogging), so please be aware of this.

Post-Warranty support

If you continue to use Rainbow inkjet inks, you will receive lifetime free technical support.

lf you use third-party inks, a one-time technical service fee of $130 will be charged, with RainbowInkjet offering service packages ofone year ($499), three years ($899), and five years ($1,599).

We do not provide technical support for machines not produced by Rainbow inkjet.

We promise to make our best efforts to solve problems related to the equipment, and our technical team may not have the best language skills, but our dedication is unwavering.
