Machine Housing
Hardware frame of the RBL6090H lasermachine was made from 1.5 mm thicknesssteel plate. Ensure nice steadiness ofmachine when working. And avoid theinfluence of precision from vibration.
Linear Guide Rail
Both X and Y axis were installed with linearguide rails, High precision movement of Xand Y direction is necessary for prefectengraving and cutting works.
Wroking Table
Height adjustable platform make morethicker raw materials can be engraved andcut. Faveolate platform can hold smallmaterials for cutting and engraving. Goodhardness make platform not defomm andhave stable structure.
Laser Head and Belt
Focus lens will be dustproof in the laser head,And air blowing is build-in the laser head. Thelaser head comes with infrared red pointpositioning. Easy to fnd engraving or cuttingbeginning position before machine working.Imported belt make laser head have highprecision on X and Y axis movement.
Mirror
Imported mirror adjust light patheffciently. And high quality mirrorholder give stable position andangle to mirrors. Ensure prefectlight path when machine works.
Stepper Motor
Good quality stepper motor give highprecision movement of X and y axis tolaser head, Let the machine be able toengrave and cut prefect works.
Contro Panel
Ruida control system has a simple controlplate which make the machine be easy tooperate. The machine can work off-line(without computer connection). anddesigns can be loaded to machine froman UsB disk directly.
