Rainbowdgt 1-year Extended Warranty Service

For customers who have purchased Rainbowdgt printers and are past the 12-month warranty period, we offer an extended warranty service that includes two coverage plans: Remote Expert Support and Hardware Extended Warranty.

• Customers requiring 2-year coverage must purchase 1 additional 1-year Extended Warranty package.
•  A maximum of 1 or 2 Extended Warranty packages may be purchased within 365 days post-purchase, with the cumulative warranty period not exceeding 3 years.
• Matching-term Remote Expert service is included throughout the extended coverage per

Purchase Requirement

1. The machine is still within the warranty period.
2. Applicable only to active customers who have purchased Procolored inks or other consumables within the last 6 months.
