For customers who have purchased Rainbowdgt printers and are past the 12-month warranty period, we offer an extended warranty service that includes two coverage plans: Remote Expert Support and Hardware Extended Warranty.
Remote Expert Service
Remote Expert service guarantees responses within 24 hours, providing comprehensive remote technical support covering printer hardware/software issues – including system fault diagnosis, routine maintenance guidance, software update support, and operational consultation.
Fee Structure
- 1-hour online technical support package: $50/hour
- 1-month online technical support package: $199/month
- 1-year online technical support package: $499/year

🪄 How to Use
1.Shake well before use.
2.Apply evenly on the light-colored garment surface using a sprayer or roller.
3.Allow the fabric to absorb for 10–20 seconds.
4.Cure or dry using a heat press at 160–170°C (320–338°F) for 20–30 seconds.
5.Print your design using DTF or DTG printer as usual.
