This unified structure creates a sealed system, preventing dust from settling on the adhesive film and compromising print quality.

Additionally, the machine’s covers are designed to be easily opened, offering convenient access for operation and maintenance.

Robust Ink Management System

The printer accommodates individual ink bottles for color, white, and varnish inks, each with a 250ml capacity. Notably, the white ink bottle is equipped with its own stirring mechanism to ensure consistent ink fluidity.

Additionally, varnish is allocated its own dedicated print head, highlighting the critical role of varnish in UV DTF printing.

For example, the ‘forward’ and ‘backward’ buttons manage the roller movement, while ‘right’ and ‘left’ are dedicated to navigating the carriage. A ‘test’ function is available for conducting printhead test prints directly on the table. The ‘cleaning’ button triggers the cap station to perform printhead cleaning, and pressing ‘Enter’ returns the carriage to its starting position at the cap station. The printer includes a red roller with a temperature control and heating feature. This roller helps maintain a consistent temperature on the film, reducing the risk of bubbles in the finished UV DTF sticker.
