There are some materials and equipment that we need to prepare prior to making UV DTF cup wraps:

First, we need to use the UV flatbed printer, print size A3 and above since the AB film required is made in A3 and it’s more efficient to print on A3 size UV DTF film than smaller. Now you got a printer, we are starting the print. So the material we need to use is called AB film, consisting of film A which comes in pieces, usually 100pcs per set, and B film which comes in a roll, usually 50m per set. And we are going to do the first print, that is printing on film A.

Install the roll of film B on the laminator, and press the control button to let the film roll out for 10cm or so. Then we turn on the heating function of the laminator, this will make it laminate better, avoiding bubbles. Then insert the film A in and start laminating. In this step, we need to be careful not to insert the film A crooked, make it even and straight, and insert, watch out for the process.
